In 1985, the current owner  Roger P. Smith, A.I.A. joined the firm as a partner.  Thus began the dramatic development as one of the fastest growing and well-respected firms in the country.  Mr. Smith, who serves as Principal, has over 25 years professional experience and significant achievement in architecture, especially in educational design.  Today, two senior associates, Lawrence Salvesen, A.I.A. and Frederick W. Seeba, P.E., each with over two decades of professional experience, join him.
