In simple terms, BBS Mechanical Engineers design and develop
everything considered a building mechanical system. From the
perspective of construction design, Mechanical Engineers are
concerned with the production, transmission and use of power.
They have responsibility, within the design process, to design
either the machines or systems which produce power (boilers,
generators, pumping stations) as well as the devices which
consume power (heating, refrigeration, air conditioning, elevators)
in order to accomplish a useful result.
Plumbing
BBS engineers, as part of the overall design process, put
their recognized expertise to work, adapting the very
latest technologies to provide plumbing systems that
exceed expectations. The design of such systems is not
a quick and easy undertaking. It is a complex assortment
of components that work together to meet and exceed
the demands of our client. It is more than simple piping
systems. For example, the climatic and environmental
considerations of the area and their subsequent demands,
are considered. Typically, a system will go through
several variations before a specific system is selected
that satisfies the comfort and budgetary requirements
of our client.
Electrical Engineering
BBS Electrical Engineers design and develop the systems, within
the greater context of the design process, for the use of
equipment and electricity for power generation, distribution
and control of mechanical systems and communication. For example,
such systems include site and interior lighting, clean power,
and light safety systems.
